Justin and Kimberly Stufflebeam welcomed a baby girl July 1, 2021, at 8:28 am. Sylvia Stufflebeam weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 18-and-a-half inches long. She was delivered by Dr. Kelli Jarrett.
