Rosauer's employees went above and beyond

To the editor:

I would like to thank Scott Erickson, manager of Libby’s Rosauers location, for the “above and beyond” service by your store employees.

My wife and I are big Gonzaga basketball fans. The team was featured as the cover story of a recent issue of Sports Illustrated. I thought your magazine rack would be the only place to buy a copy. To my surprise, there were no Sports Illustrated magazines.

When the checkout clerk, Ryan asked, “did you find everything?” I replied, “Well actually, no.” I told him my story and he took my name and phone number.

Well, lo and behold, a week or so later I got a call from Cathy Jenks. My copy of Sports Illustrated was waiting for me at the counter.

Wow! I’m impressed. Thanks again.
