Legal Notice Proposed Partial Bond Release for Troy Mine, Inc., Located in Lincoln County, MT The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) has received a request for bond release for Troy Mine, Inc., (Troy Mine). Troy Mine is authorized to operate an underground copper / silver mine and mill under Operating Permit No. 00093. The site is located on private and Forest Service lands in Sections 31 and 32 of Township 30 North Range 33 West, Sections 5, 6 and 7 of Township 29 North Range 33 West, Sections 12, 13, 14, 23, 24, 25, 26, 35 and 36 of Township 29 North, Range 34 West, and Sections 5 and 6 of Township 28 North Range 33 West, approximately 10 to 15 miles south of the town of Troy in Lincoln County. DEQ currently holds a reclamation bond in the amount of $24,687,842. DEQ is proposing to release $7,969,340 and retain $16,718,502. The decrease in the bond amount is due to partial completion of reclamation performed by the operator. The procedure for releasing bonds is set forth in Section 82-4-338(4) and Section 82-4-338(5), MCA. The company and the public have until November 24, 2020 to comment on the proposed partial bond release. If no comments are received, DEQ will then release the above-described partial bond funds in the amount of $7,969,340. The company and any person with an interest that may be adversely affected by DEQ' s bond release may obtain a contested case hearing before the Board of Environmental Review by filing with DEQ by November 24, 2020 a written request for a hearing stating the reason for the request. Service Date: October 21, 2020 DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICE REGULATION BEFORE THE PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION OF THE STATE OF MONTANA IN THE MATTER OF Mission Mountain Express, LLC's Application for Sale & Transfer of Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity REGULATORY DIVISION DOCKET NO. 2020.10.107 NOTICE OF APPLICATION AND PROTEST DEADLINE On October 14, 2020, Mission Mountain Express, LLC, filed with the Montana Public Service Commission ("Commission") its Application for Sale & Transfer to Garden City Movers, LLC ("Application"). Garden City Movers, LLC, proposes to assume Mission Mountain Express, LLC's Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity to transport household goods as a Class B rate regulated service between all points and places in Lincoln, Flathead, Sanders, Lake, Mineral and Missoula Counties. On March 20, 2020, the Commission issued a Notice of Operational Changes in Response to Coronavirus. Under the "Office Closed to Public" section of the Notice, the Commission outlined a temporary change for office closure during business hours.
