NOTICE OF MOBILE HOME AND REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE All 2020 mobile home taxes in Lincoln County have been mailed. Please check your bills over carefully. When making payments please remit your stubs; for inquiries please provide your tax payer number(s) from your statement(s). If you have not received your bill(s) please contact the Lincoln County Treasurer's office immediately at 406-283-2402. The first half of the 2020 mobile home taxes is due by 5:00 p.m. on or before June 1, 2020. Unless the first half is paid by this date, the amount payable is delinquent and draws interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month from and after the delinquency until paid and 2% must be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty (MCA 15-24-202). The second half of all Lincoln County real estate taxes is due by 5:00 p.m. on or before June 1, 2020. Unless the second half is paid by this date, the amount payable is delinquent and draws interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month from and after the delinquency until paid and 2% must be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty.
