NOTICE OF MOBILE HOME AND REAL PROPERTY TAXES DUE All 2020 mobile home taxes in Lincoln County have been mailed. Please check your bills over carefully. When making payments please remit your stubs; for inquiries please provide your tax payer number(s) from your statement(s). If you have not received your bill(s) please contact the Lincoln County Treasurer's office immediately at 406-283-2402. The first half of the 2020 mobile home taxes is due by 5:00 p.m. on or before June 1, 2020. Unless the first half is paid by this date, the amount payable is delinquent and draws interest at the rate of 5/6 of 1% a month from and after the delinquency until paid and 2% must be added to the delinquent taxes as a penalty (MCA 15-24-202). The second half of all Lincoln County real estate taxes is due by 5:00 p.m. on or before June 1, 2020. INVITATION TO BID Notice is hereby given that electronic bids for construction of Yaak School Upgrades will be received by the Yaak School District #24 until 3:00 P.M. local time on Friday, May 8, 2020. The electronic bids will then be opened and read aloud. Bidders can listen to the bid opening results via phone by calling (646) 749-3122 and entering conference ID 318-918-413. The site of the work is located at the School District #24 facilities at 29893 Yaak River Road, in Lincoln County, MT. The work generally includes stabilizing the School and Teacherage, installing footings and foundations to support exterior walls, installing beams and columns to support floors, replacing all exterior windows and doors with new energy efficient windows and doors, replacing interior door window and trim, painting or staining the exterior of the building or interior walls damaged by construction, exterior grading and drainage improvements, and related work in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The Architect for this project is Anacker Architects, 1649 US Highway 2 W, Kalispell, Montana, 59901. Bids will not be accepted from any prospective bidder who has not purchased contract documents through QuestCDN. Montana law requires all contractors to register with the Department of Labor prior to execution of the contract agreement.
