Paige Adkinson and Kelvin Richey welcomed a baby boy Feb. 20 at 7:40 p.m. Silas Lee Richey weighed eight pounds, 2.5 ounces and was 21-and-a-half inches in length. He was delivered by Dr. Jana Hall.
