NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER SALE KOOTENAI NATIONAL FOREST. The SKINNY SEGAL SBA timber sale includes an estimated 42,783 TONS (14,027 CCF) of sawtimber and 2,923 TONS (1,257 CCF) of non-sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting located within portions of Sections 5, 6, 7, 8, 17 and 18, T31N, R28W, portions of Sections 1, 2, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, and 23, T31N, R29W, PMM; Lincoln County, State of Montana. This is a WEIGHT MEASUREMENT sale and all rates will be bid and paid for at a rate per TON. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids by mail only, with the accompanying bid guarantee, on or prior to; at the Supervisor's Office, 31374 US Hwy 2, Libby, MT, 10:00 A.M., LOCAL TIME on July 7, 2020. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. This is a small business set-aside sale. Public Notice Montana Fish Wildlife & Parks (FWP) has released a draft environmental assessment (EA) for a Shooting Range Development Grant proposal from the Lincoln County Shooting Complex (LCSC). FWP would provide up to $6,300 in funding for projects deemed eligible for LCSC proposed improvements of adding 12 new 100-yard rifle shooting bays with benches. The LCSC is located approximately six miles south of Libby, Montana, on Farm to Market Road; Lat. 48.2151, Long. -115.2901; Section 7, Township 29 North, Range 30 West.
