Kevin A. Barnes

Brandon and Sandra Barnes of Libby would like to proudly announce that their son, Kevin A. Barnes, successfully completed 10 weeks of Basic Army Combat Training at Fort Jackson, S.C.. Pvt. Barnes graduated from the 3rd Battalion, 60th Infantry Regiment River Raiders, Delta Company, 1st Platoon Hellhounds, on Feb. 6, 2020 with an Expert Shooting Metal awarded during training.

Pvt. Barnes immediately reported to Fort Lee, Va., for Advanced Individual Training. After graduation from AIT, Pvt. Barnes will return to his hometown of Libby and will report back to the Montana Army National Guard.

Proud grandparents include Steve and Diane Cox of Libby; John and Kim Barnes of Libby; and Martha Littlefield of Sitka, Alaska. Pvt. Barnes also has many proud aunts, uncles, cousins as well as a very proud sister, Annie Barnes.
