A Main Street resident told Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies that he suspected a burglar was inside his camper. From his vantage, he saw the door ajar, but no individuals nearby. Authorities later cleared the area, determining the camper was secure.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a disturbance involving a mother and daughter.

A Grace Lane resident reported that neighbors were shooting off semiautomatic weapons despite a request to stop.

Libby police officers arrested Lilly Lockman on a trespassing charge after she was caught in the parking lot of a local convenience store knocking on vehicle windows.

Harassment, threat, intimidation
A Grace Lane resident reported that a neighbor threatened them with physical violence.

Fish and game
An individual spotted a mountain lion cross U.S. Highway 2 and cut between two businesses in the Libby area.

A caller reported seeing two hunters apparently going after sheep along state Highway 37 near mile marker four.

Theft
An individual reported that her mother’s dresser had gone missing from her former assisted living facility. The individual said it had vanished before the woman had died.

Animal complaint
A Main Avenue resident told authorities that a neighbor’s dog had escaped from its yard and charged an individual the day prior.

An employee at a local gas station reported confronted an individual suspected of driving off without payment at the corporate chain’s multiple Lincoln County locations.

Ambulance call
First responders searched in vain for a woman who allegedly passed out in a vehicle at the intersection of Main Avenue and 10th Street.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies investigated a drug case.

Suspicious activity
A supermarket employee asked Libby police officers to review surveillance footage of a woman suspected of abusing the substance she bought at the store.

Assault
A man reported multiple assaults over the past year at the hands of his ex-partner. The ex recently had taken out a protective order against him.

Authorities investigated criminal mischief near Airport Road.

A Spencer Road resident reported coming home to find vandals had struck the residence. The door was ajar and a pet dog was missing.

Authorities investigated a theft case on Dragonfly Lane.

Disturbance
Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to Conifer Road after a man complained that a woman at the home had pulled a knife on him. The woman then fled the house. The man went into the back bedroom, but the woman returned and tried to gain entry. Responding deputies transported a “combative” woman away from the scene.

Traffic accident
Libby police offices arrested Emily Boyer on multiple charges, including driving under the influence refusal, after a traffic accident near the intersection of 2nd Street and Main Avenue.

Drugs, drug paraphernalia
A caller reported finding drug-related items at his workplace along U.S. Highway 2.

Libby police officers headed to a local school for a report of suspicious activity.

Libby police officers headed to Wisconsin Avenue after a resident asked that law enforcement remove her daughter.

A West Poplar Street pet owner suspects that someone poisoned her dog. An unknown individual tossed slabs of meat into her yard and the dog has been severely sick ever since. The pet owner agreed to put up game cams and was advised to contact the county health department.

An Elijah Drive resident asked for a peace officer to swing by his home. He told authorities his wife’s female lover was over. He did not want to leave, but felt he did not have to “accommodate their choices.”

Authorities learned that an individual had constructed barricades that potentially could impede emergency traffic on Rustic Road.

Libby police investigated the theft of gas from a motor vehicle parked near 10th Street.

A South Fork Yaak River Road resident reported coming across a bear carcass. The animal was partially dressed and about 10 feet from the road.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Kristopher Jordan on multiple charges after a traffic stop on U.S. Highway 2.

Fish and game
A caller reported that a poached grizzly bear had been found in the Yaak.

A caller suspected that her daughter-in-law was taking items from the home she shared with her husband while he was incarcerated.

A third-party caller told authorities that a man assaulted her brother the night prior.

Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office deputies headed to a U.S. Highway 2 business after a caller reported hearing what sounded like a voice in the ceiling area. The caller told authorities he could hear a woman talking. Authorities determined the sound was carrying over from a nearby store.

A caller reported seeing an individual spotlighting sheep near U.S. Highway 93.
