Notice for the Second CDBG Public Hearing The City of Libby will hold a public hearing on the 8th Day of September 2020 in the Council Chambers at City Hall 952 East Spruce at 6:30 PM MDT for the purpose of obtaining public comments regarding a proposed application to the Montana Department of Commerce;s Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program and other programs, as applicable, for a project to replace the waste water treatment plant computer control system, PLLC, and three sections of collection system piping which have serious deficiencies. At the public hearing, the proposed project will be explained, including the purpose and proposed area of the project, activities, budget, possible sources of funding, and cost to the waste water system users and tax payers. All interested persons will be given the opportunity to ask questions and to express their opinions regarding this proposed project. Comments may be given orally at the hearing or submitted in writing at the meeting. NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING The Troy City Council will hold their Preliminary Budget hearing for Fiscal Year 2020/2021 on August 26, 2020 at 7:00pm at the Troy City Council Chambers, 301 E Kootenai Avenue, Troy, Montana. The preliminary budget will be placed on file and may be examined at Troy City Hall after August 10, 2020 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Any taxpayer or resident may appear at said hearing and be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget. The City of Troy will hold a final Budget meeting on August 26, 2020 immediately following the Preliminary Budget Hearing, at the Troy Council Chambers at 301 E Kootenai Avenue, Troy, Montana. The minimum acceptable bids for the land are the values indicated above. 3. The parcel will be sold to the high bidder of that parcel.
