PUBLIC NOTICE PETITION TO ESTABLISH AND ALTER A COUNTY ROAD NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a hearing will be held in the office of the Lincoln County Commissioners at 512 California Avenue, Libby, Montana, at 11:00 AM, Wednesday, September 18, 2019 for the purpose of hearing the question of a PETITION TO ESTABLISH AND ALTER A COUNTY ROAD described as follows: That portion of 5th Street, a public road, within S2T30NR31W, beginning at a point approximately 420' southwest of the current railroad crossing of 5th Street, which is the northeast corner of Lot 1 of 5th Street Subdivision, and continuing northeasterly to the intersection with the county road easement within S35N31NR31W. More precise legal is pending final survey. Purpose and Intent: The petitioners hereby petition the county to accept the described portion of 5th Street as a county road. Once it is declared a county road, portions of it can then be exchanged for easements over other private properties, enabling the road alteration (relocation) project to continue. Ramos and Peggy Dorman-Ramos, as Grantor(s), conveyed said real property to Lincoln County Title Company Title Co., as Trustee, to secure an obligation owed to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Montana Mortgage Company, a Montana Corporation, as Beneficiary, by Deed of Trust dated on July 25, 2008, and recorded on July 30, 2008, as Book 320, Page 649, Document No. 213217.
