Jeffrey Lewis, 39

Jeffery Lewis, 39, was born May 26, 1980, and passed away Aug. 31, 2019.

He is survived by two daughters, a grandson, his mother and stepfather, three brothers and two sisters.

Services will be held at the United Methodist Church in Troy at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 14.
