PUBLIC NOTICE The Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC) hereby provides public notice that DNRC is considering a request by the Kootenai Cross Country Ski Club to pave with asphalt, approximately 3,100 lineal feet (0.6 Miles) of cross-country ski trails, and the construction of approximately 100 lineal feet of new cross-country ski trails on state lands located in Section 20, T30N, R31W in the Flower Creek drainage. This request is intended to promote year-round use of the trails. DNRC is considering options for authorization including amending the existing land use license or issuing a separate (commercial) lease. Any additional revenue generated from this proposal would benefit the Public Buildings Trust.
