NOTICE THAT A TAX DEED MAY BE ISSUED TO: Cyrus Glastetter, Equity Trust Company FBO Glastetter Cyrus M. IRA, Current Occupant, Lincoln County Treasurer. Pursuant to section 15-18-212, Montana Code Annotated, NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: Parcel #: 7377 1. As a result of a property tax delinquency, a property tax lien exists on the following described real property in which you may have an interest: That portion of the SE1/4NW 1/4 and the NE1/4SW1/4 of Section 32, Township 36 North, Range 26 West, P.M.M., Lincoln County, Montana, more particularly described as Tract 1 on COS No. 3357 FC., according to the plat thereof on file in the office of the Clerk and Recorder of Lincoln County, Montana. 2. WGM Group, Inc., on behalf of the Yaak School District #24, is soliciting input for the planning- level environmental review associated with a Preliminary Architectural Report (PAR) in support of construction improvements to the Yaak Schoolhouse and Teacher's Residence (Teacherage). The construction improvements are proposed to consist of foundation stabilization that will support the structures' structural integrity for years to come and energy efficiency improvements. The School and Teacherage are located at 29893 Yaak River Rd, Troy, Montana, in Section 35, Township 36 North, Range 32 W, C.O.S. 4203, Lincoln County, Montana.
