CALL FOR BIDS Lincoln County Road Oil Lincoln County is solicitating competitive bids from interested parties for the county road oil for the purchase of various types of road oil delivered in truck load lots to storage tanks or road job sites at Libby, Troy, and Eureka, Montana as required and when required by each road district foreman.
