Troy VFW replaces Troy Museum flag

Members of Veterans of Foreign Wars John E. Freeman Post 5514 unfurl a new American flag at the Troy Museum May 1. The flag was presented to the City of Troy by VFW Post 5514 in recognition of Loyalty Day, and the ceremony was attended by VFW Post 5514 Auxiliary members and city representatives, including Mayor Dallas Carr.
