NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LINCOLN COUNTY PORT AUTHORITY LAND DISPOSITION POLICY NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Lincoln County Port Authority (the "Authority") will hold a public hearing regarding approval of a Land Disposition Policy on April 15, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. in the Commissioners chamber at the Lincoln County Courthouse located at 512 California Avenue in Libby, Montana. The Authority is a port authority established by Lincoln County, Montana pursuant to Title 7, Chapter 14, Part 11, Montana Code Annotated (the "Act"). Pursuant to the Section 7-14-1126 of the Act, the Authority may sell, lease or otherwise dispose of any transportation, storage or other facility, or other property or portion of or interest in the facility or property in accordance with the laws of the State of Montana governing the disposition of other public property, including Section 7-14-1133 of the Act. The Board of Commissioners of the Authority has developed a Land Disposition Policy in accordance with Section 7-8-2521, Montana Code Annotated, to guide the Authority's efforts in the sale, lease or other disposition of real estate assets. The Tobacco Valley Rodeo Association (TVRA) is soliciting proposals from qualified contracting firms/individuals to complete work on the bleachers at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds Rodeo Arena. TVRA is seeking bid proposals from qualifying contractors. All bids must be received by April 10th, 2019 at 2:00pm where a formal bid opening will occur at the Lincoln County Annex; 66121 MT Highway 37, Eureka, MT 59917. Contractor requirements to be included within the Bid Proposal: - Provide proof of insurance in the amounts defined by Lincoln County. - Provide proof of workers compensation and/or State exemption. - Provide registered contractor license. - Provide experience questionnaire provided at the end of this document. - Provide bid outline provided in this document. - Bids are due by April 10th, 2019. - Award to successful contractor will be by April 13th, 2019. - Project Notice to Proceed by April 30th, 2019. - Project completion date will be July 15th, 2019.
