MSU workshop day focuses on STEM for 6-8 grade girls

Registration is open for Montana State University’s “Expanding Your Horizons” event on Saturday, March 30.

The daylong program offers creative hands-on workshops to explore science, technology, engineering and mathematics for girls in grades sixth-through-eighth.

Workshops are taught by MSU faculty and community members and cover topics such as robotics, archaeology, engineering and more. Registration is $30 and includes lunch, materials and four workshops. Space is limited. Registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The event is sponsored by MSU Academic Technology and Outreach.
