Heritage Museum annual meeting

The Heritage Museum Annual Meeting will take place Monday, June 17 at 6 p.m. at The Heritage Museum Cookhouse, 34067 Highway 2 in Libby. Please note the earlier time.

Agenda items will include an Annual President’s Report, Treasurer’s Report, 2019-2020 Budget, and an election to fill two board positions. Nominations from the floor will be accepted prior to the election.

All members are encouraged to attend. Members in good standing are entitled to vote on matters submitted to a vote of the members.

To be a member in good standing, you must have paid your 2019 dues and attended at least three meetings within the prior 12 months.

If a member is unable to attend, the member who has met the above requirements may appoint a proxy by signing an appointment form, either personally or by attorney-in-fact. An appointment form can simply be a letter stating your name, the name of the proxy, your signature and the date. Or, if you choose, a Proxy Appointment form can be e-mailed to you.
