Troy VFD raffle winners

The Troy Volunteer Fire Department would like to thank everyone who bought tickets for the gun and fishing pole raffle, as well as Libby Sports Center and Shoo Fly Fishing Co. of Troy.

The first-pick winner this year was Ina Chapman of Troy. She chose the custom-built fly rod from Steve at Shoo Fly Fishing Co. It was a Batson/Revelation, 9-foot, 5-Weight, four-piece fly rod with a Stone Creek R-A2 reel. The package is valued at $600, according to Shoo Fly Fishing Co.

Simon Wilson won the second-pick, receiving the Savage Axis II XP rifle with a 3-9x 40mm Bushnell scope and Accu-Trigger, from Libby Sports Center.
