It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Charles E. Perry. Charles passed earlier this year from terminal cancer.
He is survived by his son Robert and his daughter Geneva.
A memorial service is being held for him at Veterans Memorial at Riverfront Park on Saturday, July 20, 2019, at 2 p.m. All are welcome.
