In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days. LEGAL NOTICE Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP) is recommending that the Fish and Wildlife Commission approve the purchase of a conservation easement on the Kootenai Forestlands Conservation Project. FWP released a draft EA for public comment from May 30 to June 29, 2019, and held a public hearing in Libby on June 12. FWP received 12 public comments that are addressed in the decision notice. THREE RIVERS RANGER DISTRICT BLACK RAM PROJECT EA The Black Ram EA is available for a 30 day comment period ending August 8, 2019. Black Ram is a vegetation management project proposed north and west of Yaak, MT. The proposed action includes timber harvesting, prescribed burning, temporary and permanent road construction, system road reconstruction, and recreation and watershed improvement activities.
