DEQ has reviewed the application and has determined it is complete. The name and address of the applicant is: Cecil McDougall M and H Septic Pumping and Porta Potties 275 Log Cabin Road Troy, MT 59935 The proposed 2.4-acre land application site is located on private property in Sections 18 and 19, Township 31 North, Range 33 West, in Troy, Montana. The site will be used by M and H Septic Pumping and Porta Potties. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public of the Proposed Action and to seek public participation in the decision-making process. To comply with the Administrative Rules of Montana (ARM) 17.4.607(2), 608, 609, and 610, a draft environmental assessment (EA) has been prepared.
