Animal complaint

Authorities responded to a report of a white horse loose on Parmenter Road. A darker horse also attempted to break free.

Scam

An East 5th Street resident told authorities he was the victim of a scam attempt. He said he received a phone call from a man claiming to be with a state employee regarding a previous scam. He worried this call also was part of a scam.

Property

A Parmenter Drive resident reported he lost his gun. He last saw it while placing the firearm on his vehicle. He believes he drove off with the weapon still on the car.

First responders arrived at the scene of a collision between a vehicle and a deer near Mile Marker 33 of U.S. Highway 2. The vehicle was not disabled in the accident and officials later dispatched the injured deer.

Traffic stop

Authorities arrested Adam Lee Lockhard for driving with a suspended license after stopping him near the intersection of Granite and White avenues.

Troy dispatch routed first responders to East Missoula Avenue for a report of a disturbance.

A U.S. Highway 2 resident complained that a logging operation on his neighbor’s property had crossed onto his land.

Scam

A Park Street resident reported receiving a call from an individual who claimed she owed money for an overdue account. The caller asked for her credit card information. The would-be victim hung up.

Authorities investigated a report of a suspicious vehicle at West Larch Street.

Harassment, threat, intimidation

A man reported receiving harassing phone calls from a woman.

Traffic accident

Authorities responded to a collision between a motorist and a deer on the corner of Nevada Avenue and West 4th Street.

Animal complaint

Authorities responded to a report of several dogs attacking kids exiting a school bus at 3 Corner Trailer Court. Responding officials contacted the owner’s father, who agreed to corral the animals.
