The Troy High School tennis team faced Clark Fork in Troy Thursday.

The boys and girls had reversed fortunes on the courts, with the Trojans winning, coming out 6-0, and the Lady Trojans falling 0-6.

Senior Chi-Hsiang Chung, who is brand new to tennis this year, came away with a solid 6-0, 6-0 win against Clark Fork’s Mathis Heisel. Yet, none of the Trojans’ wins were very close, with the boys taking sound victories throughout singles play.

The Trojans’ doubles players didn’t get a chance to test their skill at Clark Fork, taking their wins by forfeit.

For the Lady Trojans, junior Katelynn Tallmadge fared the best, pushing her match into a third set that ended with Clark Fork’s Lily Simko winning 7-4.

The Lady Trojans also took a doubles loss from a forfeit.
