Ronald Shilling

Ronald “Ron” John Shilling, 80, of Libby was called to his heavenly father on Tuesday, March 19, 2019, at home with his family by his side.

He was born July 21, 1938, in Seattle, Washington, to the late Amos and Bertha Shilling.

Ron was a devoted husband, loving father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed visiting with people. He served our country for over 21 years in the U.S. Navy. He worked many years in Libby in the propane business.

Ron is survived by his wife Myrna; sons Chad (Linda) and Larry, Ron Jr. (Julie); sister Peggy Sundine, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

Ron positively impacted many lives and will be greatly missed.

Per Ron’s request there will be no funeral service.
