Jessie L. Lowe, 76, of Spokane, Washington, passed away March 27, 2019. Services for Jessie will be at 2 p.m., Friday, April 5, at Schnackenberg Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m., Thursday, April 4, at Schnackenberg Funeral Home. A full obituary will follow in a later edition.
