Laura Anne Mazziotti-Swennes

Laura Anne Mazziotti-Swennes passed away peacefully on Sept. 15, 2018. She was born Feb. 20, 1955, in Los Angeles, California.

Laura graduated high school in Los Angeles; shortly after she moved to Libby and worked in the restaurant business for more than 30 years. She worked at the Venture Inn, Libby Cafe and later Mimi’s Cafe in Yuma, Arizona. She ended her employment in care giving. She married Jeff Swennes in Libby on Sept. 4, 1993. In 2003 they moved to Yuma, Arizona.

Laura was a Cali girl at heart and loved soaking up the sun. She enjoyed spending time with family and talking about the one time she sky-dived with Jeff. She was vibrant, full of life and loved to worship the Lord. We know her heart is at the beach and she will be greatly missed by many.

She was preceded in death by her daughter Michelle.

Laura is survived by her mother and father, Diana and Whitey; her sister and brother-in-law Mona and Bill; nieces Lisa and Jeannine; nephew Jamie; daughter Sara; step-daughters Niki and Cassie; grandchildren Kaylee, Blace, Lauryn, Cayson, Daniel and Harmony; and an abundance of other relatives.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
