Koats for Kids hours change
The Koats for Kids program -- which provides free winter wear to local residents -- is changing its hours.
Koats for Kids at the former Asa Wood Elementary will now be open from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays.
