Norman D. Munson

Norman D. Munson, 75, passed away April 30, 2018 from pulmonary fibrosis. He was born Feb. 22, 1943 in Roundup to Carroll O. and Muriel (Black) Munson. He attended elementary school in Corvallis, then moved to Libby, where he continued his education, graduating from Libby High School in 1961.

He moved to Ashland, Oregon, where he attended Southern Oregon College until he was drafted into the U.S. Army. After serving, he returned to Ashland and then to Mesa, Arizona, where he met and married Sheri Winchester. He then moved to California, where he worked for Aqua Systems until his retirement when he moved to Ridgecrest, California.

He is survived by his siblings: Paul E. Munson of Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, Annette R. Myers of Federal Way, Washington, and Keith I. Munson of Pahrump, Nevada; his nephews Robert C. (Sonja) Myers and Kevin Myers; and his great-niece, Sofia A Myers. He was preceded in death by his parents and sister Charlotte A. Munson.
