Still seeking 'Our Libby Fix'

In 2005, our Libby Fix became reality for all of Libby’s sick and dying and dead from W.R. Grace asbestos. Our Libby Fix was created by myself and taken on by the State of Montana as the fair and just compensation for the people of Libby. Our Libby Fix became part of an Asbestos Bill S.852, the Fairness in Asbestos Resolution Act of 2005.
Our Libby Fix consisted of the following:
ARD Asbestos Related Disease: $400,000
ARD Very sick/oxygen, wheelchair bound, est.: $850,000
Mesothelioma, Lung Cancer: up to $1.1 Million
Wrongful Death: up to $1.1 Million
All medical will be paid for until we die
Our Libby Fix went before the US Senate for vote and passed! Many of you recall that day when it did pass as we all held our breath for the US Congress to vote and pass our Libby Fix. our Libby Fix went before Congress for vote and failed by one vote. One vote stopped our Libby Fix from becoming a reality.
The one “no” vote was Sen. Ted Stevens of Alaska and it became known after his “no” vote, that he was being investigated by the FBI for accepting a bribe, over a million dollars for his “no” vote by the asbestos Corporations. And of course, Ted Stevens died in a plane crash and the investigation ended and so did our Libby Fix.
I have tried over the years to get our Libby Fix up for vote one more time to no prevail.
The lawsuit against W.R. Grace for punitive damages is about to settle for all of Libby and this is why I am bringing this, our/your Libby Fix for the last time/hope, that our Libby Fix will be what the Judge decides to grant all of us as our fair and just compensation for the pain and suffering and death, we all have endured since being told why we are sick and dying by W.R. Grace and their asbestos in 2000.
I represent myself in this lawsuit and I am requesting from the Judge handling the lawsuit for our Libby Fix to be what I/we all get for compensation for what was done to us. All lawyers have been informed of my requests for the Libby Fix and now it is up to all of you to demand your Libby Fix as your fair and just compensation. I can assure you, our Libby Fix is far more fair than what we will be given if your Libby Fix fails again. I suggest everyone of you contact your lawyer now and demand Your Libby Fix be your settlement for closure against W.R. Grace.
In closing, please do not let W.R. Grace get away with what they did to you, your family and your life and our town. This is not about the lawyers, they will make their millions regardless. This is not how to pay for our Libby Fix as the billions get theirs for the taking and W.R. Grace can afford it. This is about doing something to make life, your life better. This is about me and all the me’s out there dying from asbestos and mostly...this will ensure that our/your children will be taken care of when they get diagnosed and will need care. And they will.
This is in your court now and you all deserve far better than when you have been given. No price on life but with the Libby Fix helping us out...we are overdue.
