'Pirates of the Kootenai' coming to Troy, Libby

The Pitiful Players and Karina Hancock Dance will perform “The Pirates of the Kootenai” 7 p.m. Saturday, March 17 at the Lincoln Theatre in Troy and 7 p.m. Sunday, March 18 at the Dome Theater in Libby.
