Glacier Gateway Property Management

Josie Hermes has opened Glacier Gateway Property Management, serving Troy, Libby, Yaak Noxon and Heron.

Though it’s her first business in the area, Hermes isn’t new to real estate or property management, she said.

“While attending college in North Idaho I sold real estate for six years, giving me the knowledge needed to be a successful property manager,” she said.

Raised in northwest Montana and a 1998 graduate of Troy High School, Hermes said she knows the area well and loves “running, hiking, biking, camping and everything Montana has to offer.”

In addition to managing properties, Hermes is a certified pharmacy technician who works part-time at Cabinet Peaks Medical Center Pharmacy. Her husband, also a pharmacist, co-owns Kootenai Drug and True Value Hardware in Troy. The couple’s five children keep them busy with school and sports activities.
