Arnold Rodrigues Ulloa, 80, of Priest River, Idaho, passed away at Kootenai Health on July 12, 2018. Arnold was born in Riverbank, California, on Dec. 16, 1937 to Feliciano and Reyes (Rodriguez) Ulloa. A celebration of Arnold’s life will be held at Bell Tower Funeral Home at 3398 E. Jenalan Ave. in Post Falls, Idaho, on Friday, Aug. 10 from noon to 3 p.m.
