John K. and Carolyn S. McBride of Libby celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary Dec. 27, 2017 with a 6 p.m. dinner at the Black Board Bistro in Libby. They were married Dec. 27, 1952 in Hyannis, Massachusetts.
John and Carolyn have four children — Dorothy McBride and Karyn Larsen of Libby, John S. McBride of Redmond, Oregon, and Janet Kuernvik of Petersburg, Alaska — seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren (with one more on the way).
