The beneficiary has declared a default in the terms of said Deed of Trust by failing to make the monthly payments beginning August 1, 2017, and each month subsequent, which monthly installments would have been applied on the principal and interest due on said obligation and other charges against the property or loan. The total amount due on this obligation as of February 10, 2018 is $51,233.75 principal, interest totaling $1,907.95 late charges in the amount of $228.58, and other fees and expenses advanced of $92.00, plus accruing interest, late charges, and other costs and fees that may be advanced. The Beneficiary anticipates and may disburse such amounts as may be required to preserve and protect the property and for real property taxes that may become due or delinquent, unless such amounts of taxes are paid by the Grantors. If such amounts are paid by the Beneficiary, the amounts or taxes will be added to the obligations secured by the Deed of Trust. Other expenses to be charged against the proceeds of this sale include the Trustee's fees and attorney's fees, costs and expenses of the sale and late charges, if any. BUDGET AMENDMENT RESOLUTION YAAK SCHOOL DISTRICT LINCOLN COUNTY At a regular meeting of the board of trustees of School District No.24, Lincoln County, Montana, held January 12, 2018 at 3:30 p.m. at the Yaak School, 29893 Yaak River Rd. Troy, MT the following resolution was introduced: WHEREAS, the trustees of School District No. 24, Lincoln County, Montana, have made a determination that as a result of an unanticipated enrollment increase, the district's budget for the elementary general fund does not provide sufficient financing to properly maintain and support the district for the entire current school year; and WHEREAS, the trustees have determined that an amendment to the elementary general fund budget in the amount of $ 14,668.86 is necessary under the provision of Section 20-9-161 (1), MCA; for the purpose of: Based on the Fall Student Count for ANB submitted in MAEFAIRS, Yaak Elementary School is eligible to do a budget amendment due to an unanticipated enrollment increase. and; WHEREAS, the anticipated source of financing the budget amendment expenditures shall be additional state assistance; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 24, Lincoln County, Montana, proclaims a need for an amendment to the elementary general fund budget for fiscal year 2017 in the amount of $14,668.86 under Section 20-9-161 (1), MCA, for the purpose identified above, and; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Board of Trustees of School District No. 24, Lincoln County, Montana, will meet at 3:30 p.m. at Yaak Elementary School, 29893 Yaak River Rd., Troy MT on February 21, 2017 for the purpose of considering and adopting the budget amendment.
