Kootenai Pets for Life names raffle winner

Connie Holthaus, left, stands with Susan Bulyar, a Kootenai Pets for Life shelter volunteer who won two items at the organization’s annual spring raffle: a $50 Homesteader’s gift card, donated by Burton Davis of Delaware, Iowa, and four fused-glass coasters donated by Marge Sullivan. The raffle’s other winner was Marcia Fantozzi, who won a steak dinner gift basket with all the trimmings that was donated by Rosauers.
