NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE, KOOTENAI NATIONAL FOREST. The HIGHWAY DICKEY timber sale includes an estimated 28,564 TONS of Sawlog timber (equivalent to 9,432 CCF) and 9,623 TONS of Non-sawlog timber (equivalent to 3,352 CCF) marked or otherwise designated for cutting located within portions of Sections 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 20, T34N, R25W; Portions of Sections 13 and 15, T35N, R26W; Portions of Section 32, T35N, R25W; PMM, Lincoln County, State of Montana. This is a WEIGHT MEASUREMENT sale and all rates will be bid and paid for at a rate per TON. Sealed bids to be followed by oral auction will be opened in public at the Forest Supervisor's Office, Libby, Montana at 9:00 a.m., local time, on October 17, 2017. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. The prospectus includes minimum acceptable stumpage and the rate of required additional payments. The required bid guarantee is $52,600.00.
