Thank you for a bountiful season

| October 27, 2017 4:00 AM

The Troy Farmers Market in partnership with the Yaak Valley Forest Council hosted a “Fall Bounty Market” on Oct. 20. The market took place indoors at the Troy Community Baptist Church.

Twelve vendors set up lovely displays of fresh produce, baked goods, coffee beans, soap and lotions, jewelry, hand sewn aprons and preserves. A couple hundred folks attended the market to enjoy visiting with neighbors and old friends while stocking up on fresh food and doing some early Christmas shopping.

We would like to thank the Troy Baptist Church for generously donating the use of their space for this market. We would also like to thank our dedicated customers, steadfast vendors and the ongoing support of the Yaak Valley Forest Council. The Fall Bounty Market was a wonderful culmination to the 2017 season.

We look forward to the 2018 season, beginning with our Mothers’ Day Market, on the Friday before Mothers’ Day.
