NOTICE The City of Libby is accepting sealed bids for several vehicles and equipment. Anyone interested can pick up a complete list at City Hall. The vehicles and equipment can be viewed at the large parking lot near City Hall. The City will accept sealed bids up till 5:00 pm on Friday October 27th, 2017. NOTICE OF UTILITY RATE HEARING TROY, MONTANA Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 69-7-111 M.C.A. that the City Council of the City of Troy, Montana, has ordered a hearing before the Troy City Council to be held at the City Council Chambers, 301 E. Kootenai Avenue, Troy, Montana 59935, on Wednesday, November 15th, 2017, at the hour of 7:00 pm. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider an increase in the current sewer rates of the Troy municipal utility system. The increase in the customer's average bill will be 5%. NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER SALE NATIONAL FOREST TIMBER FOR SALE, KOOTENAI NATIONAL FOREST. The WEST CARIBOU DECK SALVAGE timber sale includes an estimated 1,147 TONS of Sawlog timber (equivalent to 398 CCF) designated for removal located within portions of Section 22, T37N, R30W, Lincoln County, State of Montana. An unestimated amount of Non-Sawlog timber may be included as Timber Subject to Agreement. This is a DECK SALE and all rates will be paid for at a rate per TON. Sealed bids will be opened in public at the Forest Supervisor's Office, Libby, MT at 9:00 a.m., local time, on November 14, 2017. The right to reject any and all bids is reserved. The prospectus includes minimum acceptable stumpage and the rate of required additional payments. The required bid guarantee is $200.00.
