Annual Libby High School dessert concert is Dec. 5

Libby High School will present its annual dessert concert 7 p.m. Dec. 5 in the Libby Memorial Events Center at 111 E. Lincoln Blvd in Libby.

Music will be provided by the High School Band, Chamber Ensembles and the Jazz Band while the audience will be seated “cafe-style” at tables and served desserts and drinks.

Gift baskets will be raffled off throughout the concert. Admission is by donation and includes the musical entertainment, desserts and drinks, and one raffle ticket for the basket drawings. Additional raffle tickets will be available at the event.

Proceeds will help pay for band members to travel to the Heritage Music Festival in Seattle or Cantando Band Festival in Edmonton, Alberta in the spring, as well as sending the Jazz Band to the Buddy DeFranco Jazz Festival in Missoula this spring.
