NOTICE OF UTILITY RATE HEARING TROY, MONTANA Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 69-7-111 M.C.A. that the City Council of the City of Troy, Montana, has ordered a hearing before the Troy City Council to be held at the City Council Chambers, 301 E. Kootenai Avenue, Troy, Montana 59935, on Wednesday, November 15th, 2017, at the hour of 7:00 pm. The purpose of said hearing shall be to consider an increase in the current sewer rates of the Troy municipal utility system. The increase in the customer's average bill will be 5%. In the event that all defaults are cured the foreclosure will be dismissed and the foreclosure sale will be canceled. The scheduled Trustee's Sale may be postponed by public proclamation up to 15 days for any reason. In the event of a bankruptcy filing, the sale may be postponed by the Trustee for up to 120 days by public proclamation at least every 30 days. If the Trustee is unable to convey title for any reason, the successful bidder's sole and exclusive remedy shall be the return of monies paid to the Successor Trustee and the successful bidder shall have no further recourse. LEGAL NOTICE Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks (FWP), Region One, is seeking public comment for the West Kootenai Wildlife Management Area (WMA) Fire Salvage Project Draft Environmental Assessment. FWP proposes to conduct a timber salvage project on 506 acres of the West Kootenai WMA. The proposed project would include the use of mechanized timber harvest to remove merchantable fire-killed timber, as well as associated road maintenance work and reclamation activities. The WMA is located near the community of West Kootenai and about 6.5 miles north of Rexford, Montana, in Lincoln County (T37N, R28W, S3, 4, & 10). The draft is out for a 14-day public review through 5:00 p.m., November 8, 2017. Copies of the draft EA are available at the FWP office, 490 N.
