Daisy E. Jones

Daisy E. Jones moved on to the house of the Lord, May 10, 2017. Miss Daisy was 88 years old.

She was born January 25, 1929, in Columbus, Georgia to Albert and Molly Jones, the youngest of 13 children.

There are many years of mother’s life that she spent in the south before she came to live in Troy in 2006. While living in Troy she attended the Church at the Door of Hope and had a whole family there who will miss her. There will be a memorial at a later date to celebrate mother’s life with them.

Since Thanksgiving 2014, mother lived at the Restorium until moving on to the house of the Lord.

Her family is four daughters, Deborah Frey (Steve), Lynn Ward (Jay), Dinah Underwood (Donald), and Denise Brockman (James); nine grandchildren, Shawn, Kim, Rhonda, Lori, Faith, Jimmy, Tabitha, Cody and Sara; 22 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren.
