Lincoln Conservation District P.O. Box 2170 Eureka, Montana 59917 NOTICE The Lincoln Conservation District (LCD) is requesting proposals for a project manager to assist LCD in the completion of a stream restoration project near Eureka, Montana on the Tobacco River. Phase I has been funded under a Department of Environmental Quality 319 grant. Phase II funding is being sought under a Department of Natural Resources and Conservation Resource Development Grant Program grant. This request for proposal (RFP) consists of implementing both phases. The project manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the projects including final design, construction, construction oversight and monitoring. The RFP, including a description of the services to be provided by respondents, the documents to define the scope of work, the minimum content of responses and the factors to be used to evaluate the response can be obtained on the Lincoln Conservation District website at www.lincolncd.org.
