Audryana Allyn of Troy on Monday pleaded not guilty to three drug-related charges in 19th Judicial District Court.

Allyn was arrested May 23 in Troy on suspicion of criminal possession of dangerous drugs, a felony, and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal possession of dangerous drugs, both misdemeanors.

That day, Lincoln County Sheriff’s Deputy Brad Dodson executed a search warrant at Allyn’s home at 49 Holly Dr. in Troy. As he did so, Allyn came out of the house onto the porch. In the room she came out of were multiple pieces of drug paraphernalia, used syringes and residue, a marijuana pipe, including a spoon with crystal-like substance that appeared to be methamphetamine, and another tin container containing a green leafy substance that appeared to be marijuana.

The residue on the spoon tested positive as methamphetamine and the green leafy substance tested positive as marijuana. Dodson verified that Allyn did not have a medical marijuana card.

Allyn’s next court appearance is her omnibus hearing on July 10.
