This week's chamber events in Libby

Noon Wednesday at The Venture Inn: Tina Oliphant, executive director of the Lincoln County Port Authority and Kootenai River Development Council, will discuss current projects and programs. A roast pork and mashed potato lunch will be available for $11, including a drink and tip.

9 a.m. to noon Thursday at Flathead Valley Community College: To provide outstanding customer service and hospitality training to Montana communities, Pam Gosink, will conduct a “The

Guest” training session. The training is free and sponsored by Glacier Country Tourism.

5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at the Libby Area Chamber of Commerce: The chamber is hosting a “Business and Banter After Hours Networking Event” to discuss what it’s been up to. Light refreshments will be available.
