Area planned power outage

Flathead Electric Cooperative has scheduled a power outage for Thursday, Feb. 2, in the area from West Glacier to Essex, for a systemupgrade.

According to a notice sent out Thursday, the outage, which is set to begin at 10 a.m. and conclude by 3 p.m., is necessary to improve electrical service in that area.

Efforts will be made to notify impacted members, the notice said.

The co-op wrote in the notice that it apologizes for any inconvenience this may cause.
