Octavia Skaggs was born Nov. 2, 2017 to Lexi Combs and Levi Skaggs of Libby at Kalispell Regional Medical Center. Octavia weighed 6 pounds, 7 ounces and was 18.75 inches long. She joins older siblings Savanna and Miles. Her maternal grandmother is Danielle Benson of Libby, and her paternal grandmother is Rose Skaggs of Kellogg, Idaho.
