NOTICE OF PRELIMINARY BUDGET HEARING The Troy City Council will hold their Preliminary Budget hearing for Fiscal Year 2017/2018 on September 7, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Troy City Council Chambers, 301 E Kootenai Avenue, Troy, Montana. The preliminary budget will be placed on file and may be examined at Troy City Hall after August 29, 2017 between the hours of 8:00am and 4:00pm. Any taxpayer or resident may appear at said hearing and be heard for or against any part of the proposed budget. A new right wall must be included in the bid, to make 2 separate buildings. Soffit will need to cover the front overhang portion of the building.
