REQUEST for BID The Troy Snowmobile Club is requesting bids for the construction of a 36ft by 50ft pole type groomer building located on the City of Troy Property. The structure must match the adjacent building roof design, metal siding and roof colors, the existing metal on the left side of the city structure stays in place and is the left wall of the groomer building. A new right wall must be included in the bid, to make 2 separate buildings. Soffit will need to cover the front overhang portion of the building. Two, 10 foot high, by 16 foot wide doors, and a man door are required. Building Completion date October 20th, 2017. The existing city shop building and the location of the groomer building can be accessed between 8 am & 4 pm Monday Through Thursday for a better understanding of the site and expectations. The site is located at the end of Roosevelt Park where the city shop complex is located. For more specifics please call Jerry @ 295-4322. A 200 Amp service, with lighting, & control switches. 3, 220volt outlets, ceiling power for 2 door openers, and 20 wall outlets. Electrical Completion date November 3rd, 2017. REQUEST for BID The Troy Snowmobile Club is requesting bids for a 6 Inch concrete floor for a 36ft by 50ft groomer building located on the City of Troy Property. The concrete floor is to have 1/2 inch rebar, on 2 Ft centers with 6 sack fiber mesh. Footings will need to be located at pre-determined locations for structure integrity. The slab will need to slope towards the doors at the rate of about 1/4 inch per 6 ft. An approach slab of 4ft will also be needed. Concrete Completion date October 27th, 2017.
